1. When will my banner be shipped?
Typically 2-3 days after you approve the “final proof.” Rush orders are available for an extra charge.

2. What does shipping cost?
Typically, one banner will cost $10-$15 for standard UPS ground shipping. Overnight shipping for that same banner will cost $50-$70. For multiple banners, the shipping cost is relative to the weight and method chosen.

3. What file format should my artwork be in?

4. What oz. vinyl do you use to print banners?
We use 13 oz. reinforced vinyl for our banners. Other vinyl weights are available at request.

5. What does my banner come with?
Our banners include grommets; however we offer hems, pole pockets and wind vents. Please specify such needs in your order.

6. Do you have set-up charges?
Yes, all files have a set up fee of $25.

7. What other types of banner materials are available?
Along with vinyl, we carry mesh and fabric. Mesh is used when wind is a factor and the banner is large. Fabric is a high-end material typically for indoor use.

8. Do you offer discounts for large order quantities?
Yes, based on the quantity, our discounts range from 10 to 30 percent. Call us at 1-800-753-4143 to find out where your order fits in our discount structure.

9. Do you have sale promotions throughout the year?
Yes, go to the “request a quote” page on this web site and join our email list to get all the details.

10. Can you apply vehicle graphics/wrap if I’m out of state?
Yes, we have a network of certified installers by 3M throughout the United States. For a fleet, in various states, we can organize a team to wrap them over a weekend.

11. What are your rates for your graphic design service?
Our design services cost $75/hr. Call us at 1-800-753-4143 to discuss your needs, and we will give you an estimate of the project.

12. Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $65.

13. How big and how many banners can I order?
No size is too big, so give us a call. No limits on quantity either!

14. I have a national need. Can you service my request?
Yes, we handle the printing and fulfillment services of national chains — Tire Kingdom, Starbucks, and NTB to name a few. Let us know your needs and we can put an attractive program in place.
